All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, we seek His help and His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evil within ourselves and from our bad deeds. Whoever Allah guides, none can misguide, and whoever He leaves astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah alone, and I bear witness that Muhammad ﷺ is His servant and Messenger.

Servants of Allah, I advise you and myself with taqwa—to be mindful of Allah in public and in private. Allah says in the Qur’an: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ — “O you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and do not die except as Muslims.”

This life is short, and our hearts become strong not by having more, but by remembering Allah more. So guard your prayers, even when you feel busy. Speak with kindness, even when you feel angry. Turn away from sins, even when they seem small. And when you fall—because we all fall—return to Allah quickly, because His mercy is greater than our mistakes.

O Allah, purify our hearts, strengthen our faith, and make us among those who remember You often. O Allah, guide us to what You love and are pleased with, and forgive us and our families. Ameen.
